The 18th Century Listed Mill spans the River Kennet and is one of a number of buildings on land located at the edge of Brimpton village, West Berkshire. The design brief included a series of ecological and historic building surveys to assess the building to form the basis for the refurbishment proposals. The full renovation of Riverside Cottage was granted planning permission in 2012. Works include the introduction of a new first floor and mezzanine, replacement roof, new windows and floor structure. In parallel to the construction we are providing guidance on the renovation of the mill and working up proposals for the wider site. Works – Due to start on site 2013
